What do you think happened to CN? Did they decide to go "Children today are into live action and explosions!" and completely miss the point of "Cartoon" Network? Well, CN has become MTV.
Just find it and watch some youtube vids after of the 2004-06 CN. They have gone live action with shows called Destroy Build Destroy, Bobb'e Says, and Dude, what would happen? but they still keep some of their soul alive. Amazingly, they came up with Chowder and Flapjack, which are the funniest they have had in a long time. Unfortunately, they got 6Teen and Stoked.
The saying "The Original is good and the Sequel is usually worse" comes into effect. They went Total Drama Island (Which was good to me) and then the sequel Total Drama Action (Which is pretty bad to me). The bad stuff keeps coming considering there is more live action. The Othersiders is so fake Ghost Hunters (On Sy Fy or Sci Fi) would spit on it, Torture it, then throw it in a ditch to die a slow painful death. Within the show (10 minutes into the investigation) you could hear a pretty clear "Get Out" which you would know was fake. Worse is Scooby Doo: The Mystery Begins "Find out where scooby came from in our 200th half hour movie!". I thought Cartoon Network was for cartoons hence the name.
If you are reading this far, I am Amazed at you. Another thing thats bad, They Cancelled Toonami. Apparently people didn't like Tom 4.0s Face or they were running out of anime (I want BoBoBoBo BoBoBo back).

The Super Hero Squad Show (You know those kid Hulk and wolverine toys you see at the grocery store? Imagine them fighting kid versions of villains)
